Comments: Gil made 50 of these knives to celebrate his 50th Anniversary of making knives. This knife is serial number 1 and comes with a signed sheath, stamped case and certificate of authenticity. Les was introduced to legendary Cutlery Hall-of-Famer, Gil Hibben, at the Blade Show in 1987. Gil invited Les and others to dinner. He was a gracious host with fascinating stories to tell. He made quite an impression on this (at the time) young collector.
