About Knifemaker Michal Komorovsky
Michal Komorovsky from the country of Slovak Republic, started making knives in 2011. Doing so primarily because he wanted to try something different, and he never looked back. His favorite steels to use are Sleipner, which is a new generation D-2, and M390. When time allows, he will forge Damascus and use that for his knives.
He builds a wide variety of fixed blades from hunting, tactical, Bowies, and even the occasional Art Dagger. Many of his tactical knives will have the black DLC coating. He also offers sandblasting, bead blasting, satin or mirror finish. He uses various handle materials, with Desert Ironwood being his favorite. I really like his fighters! Excellent fit and finish have an outstanding balance and feel great in your hand.
