Comments: I was interested in this knife because of its unique look. Szymek primarily builds Bushcraft Knives in Poland. The K720 steel is high carbon steel that takes and retains an excellent edge. Mainly used as a camp knife, the blade shape of this knife lends itself to chopping and slicing. Processing large pieces of meat will be aided by the fuller in the blade. The blade is marked, “SIMON’S” for his business name.
